Downstream evaporative condenser is a highly efficient heat exchange device, mainly used for cooling and condensing high-temperature refrigerant vapor. Its structure is equipped with a spray water device, a serpentine condensing coil, a packing heat exchange layer, a water remover and a bottom water collection tray. When working, the cooling water is pumped to the nozzle above the condensing coil by a water pump, and evenly sprayed on the outer surface of the condensing coil to form a thin water film. The air enters the equipment from the top of the coil and the side of the packing through the induced draft of the axial flow fan, forming a downstream with the spray water, strengthening the air flow and promoting the evaporation of the water film. The high-temperature refrigerant vapor enters from the upper header of the serpentine condensing coil, is condensed into liquid by the cooling water outside the tube, and then flows out from the lower header of the condensing coil. The unevaporated cooling water is cooled by the air when it flows through the high-efficiency PVC heat sink packing, and finally drips into the water collection tray for recycling. The downstream evaporative condenser has the advantages of advanced heat exchange mechanism, high efficiency and energy saving, environmental protection, compact appearance, simple installation, convenient operation, safety and reliability, strong anti-corrosion ability and long service life.
