Double Layer Glass Reactor is a reaction equipment designed with a double-layer glass structure. The double-layer glass reactor consists of two layers of glass, inner and outer, which are isolated by vacuum or inert gas in the middle. The inner layer of glass is used to hold the reactants and stir the reaction, while the outer layer of glass plays a role in heat preservation and insulation. This double-layer structure design not only improves the stability and safety of the reaction process, but also has a certain heat preservation effect. The working principle of the double-layer glass reactor is based on the synergy of heat conduction and stirring. During the reaction process, the reactants in the inner layer of glass are mixed and reacted under the action of the stirrer, while the outer layer of glass reduces heat loss and maintains the stability of the reaction temperature through its heat preservation and heat insulation. In addition, different cold and heat sources (such as refrigerant, hot water or hot oil) can be introduced into the interlayer to achieve cyclic heating or cooling reactions, thereby accurately controlling the reaction temperature and improving the experimental effect.
