Its high-temperature hardness is higher than that of nickel based self melting alloy. Cobalt based self-fluxing alloy powder is generally used for surface strengthening and repair of important high-temperature abrasion resistant parts. Such as high-temperature and high-pressure valve plates and seats, exhaust valve sealing surfaces of internal combustion engines, various engine components under hot corrosion conditions, and so on.
