According to our (Global Info Research) latest study, the global Automotive Tire Management market size was valued at US$ 3046 million in 2025 and is forecast to a readjusted size of US$ 5289 million by 2032 with a CAGR of 8.3% during review period.
Automotive Tire Management comprise digital platforms, connected monitoring solutions and professionally managed workflows used by commercial, institutional and other multi-vehicle fleet operators to control the full operational life cycle of tires.
Automotive Tire Management is evolving from a maintenance-support activity into a dedicated asset-intelligence workflow. The essential value proposition is not merely to warn a driver when pressure is low, but to create a persistent record of every tire’s operating history and use that record to reduce cost per mile, prevent roadside failures, improve fuel efficiency and preserve casing value. Traditional fleet processes often fragment information among drivers, maintenance workshops, tire dealers, retreaders and procurement teams. Modern platforms connect tire identity, wheel position, mileage, pressure, temperature, tread depth, wear patterns and service history in a common data environment. This allows fleets to compare tire brands and specifications, prioritize inspections, automate work orders and forecast replacement or retreading requirements. Under the narrow revenue definition used in this study, tire sales, standalone sensors and ordinary repair labor are excluded; the addressable revenue pool consists of recurring software, analytics, data and managed-service fees.
The global supply structure is layered rather than homogeneous. Major tire groups possess the strongest end-to-end proposition because they combine tire supply, service networks, casing and retread capabilities, connected monitoring and large-fleet customer relationships. North American specialist companies have built strong positions in heavy-truck automatic inflation, commercial TPMS portals and dedicated tire-maintenance software. European and Israeli technology suppliers are particularly active in indirect pressure algorithms, virtual sensing, mobile tread scanning and machine-vision inspection. China has a significant TPMS and automotive-electronics manufacturing base, represented by established sensor and system suppliers, but its independent recurring tire-management software segment is still less developed. As a result, the broad vendor pool includes many hardware and adjacent software companies, while the core formal list is limited to providers with evidence of a continuing commercial tire-management product or service.
Demand remains concentrated in heavy-duty trucking, trailers, buses and other high-utilization commercial vehicles. These fleets operate multiple tires per vehicle, incur significant downtime when failures occur and can recover additional value through casing management and retreading. Light-commercial, rental, delivery and shared-mobility fleets represent a faster-growing but lower-revenue-per-vehicle segment. Their adoption is supported by low-cost mobile inspection, factory telematics and cloud-based maintenance systems. Regulation also expands the underlying data environment: UN R141 establishes a dedicated regulatory framework for tire-pressure monitoring, while the United States and China have mandatory TPMS requirements for defined light-vehicle categories. These requirements do not by themselves create a fleet-management platform, but they increase the number of vehicles from which tire condition data can be obtained.
The competitive frontier is moving from threshold-based alerts toward predictive tire intervention. Early systems primarily reported pressure and temperature exceptions. More advanced products combine those readings with mileage, vehicle load, route conditions, tread measurements and maintenance history. The next stage will use virtual sensors, machine vision, digital tire models and AI-based remaining-life estimates to recommend when a tire should be rotated, repaired, retreaded or retired. Platforms that remain hardware-neutral, integrate with major fleet systems and close the loop between detection and service execution are likely to capture the highest recurring value. Conversely, suppliers that rely solely on sensor hardware or standalone inspection tools will face increasing pressure from embedded vehicle systems, integrated fleet platforms and tire-manufacturer service ecosystems.
