    800V electric vehicles refer to electric vehicle systems that use an 800V ultra-high voltage platform. Compared with the traditional 400V platform, it has a higher voltage working environment. As the global production capacity center, China occupies 70% of the market share. Representative models include BYD Haibao and Weilai ET5. Future breakthroughs include: ON Semiconductor achieves mass production of 8-inch SiC, and costs are expected to drop by 30%; sodium-ion batteries are used to hedge against fluctuations in lithium resource prices; Mercedes-Benz, BMW, GM, etc. have formed a North American alliance of 30,000 supercharging piles, and China's "supercharging city" Shenzhen plans to achieve one pile per kilometer in 2025; at the same time, V2G vehicle-grid interaction technology (such as that supported by Xiaopeng G9) is expected to adjust the peak and valley loads of the power grid and dilute the investment costs of supercharging.
